Example methods and systems may help to provide for crowd control of a
visual presentation, such as a laser light show. One example method
includes causing a visual presentation to be displayed within an
environment, receiving position information from at least one sensor on a
manually movable object within the environment, determining a translation
and an orientation of the object in three-dimensional space based on the
position information from the at least one sensor, and causing the visual
presentation to move in three-dimensional space based on one or more
changes in the translation and orientation of the object.
