which is coupled thereto and can be rotated about an axis of rotation by
means of a drive, the axis of rotation being arranged offset with respect
to an optical axis and the effect wheel having at least one optical
element which can be rotated into the region of the optical axis, in which
system the effect wheel, independently of a rotation about the axis of
rotation, can also be rotated about the optical axis.
