This isn't spam - all US patents issue on Tuesdays so you will get an e-mail from the system at most once a week and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note this is not a substitute for a formal patent notification service - the selections of what to include and exclude are mine and are therefore undoubtedly somewhat subjective.
